Blueberry is one of Birt&Tang's 'Superfood' teas. These combine Chinese teas and other herbal ingredients with so-called 'superfoods' identified in the west as potent sources of antioxidants and flavonoids.
The sweet taste of blueberries dominates the blend, as you would expect. But there are also sharper notes of berry flavour from blackcurrant and rosehip, as well as the deeper warmth of oolong and jiaogulan.
